The JD1000/1 1-channel amplifier from JL Audio is perfect for the discerning music lover. This monoblock subwoofer amplifier in Class D delivers a particularly high sound quality with an output of 1000 W x 1 @ 2 Ω / 600 W x 1 @ 4 Ω. It is equipped with the latest NexD™ switching technology, which promises high efficiency and low distortion. With an integrated LED terminal indicator ring and differentially balanced dual-range inputs, the JD1000/1 also offers a great deal of convenience. It is also equipped with numerous signal processing functions, including a 12 dB/octave low-pass filter, a variable bass boost EQ and preamp outputs that allow signals to be easily routed to another amplifier.

- Designed to produce a serious 1000 watts into 2 ohms (14.4V, 1% THD), the JD1000/1 amplifier is a great solution for powering subwoofers in a cost-conscious system.
- JL's proprietary NexD™ switching technology delivers large amounts of real output power with excellent efficiency and ultra-low distortion.
- The controls of the JD1000/1 are located on the input panel, while the power and speaker connections are located at the opposite end of the extruded aluminum housing.
- The signal processing functions include a 12 dB/octave low-pass filter with infinitely variable frequency selection from 50-500 Hz and a variable bass boost EQ.
- Differential balanced dual-range inputs are also available to accommodate line and speaker level signals.
Automatic power-on function (via signal sampling or DC offset sampling) is standard, along with a range of preamp outputs so you can easily route signals to another amplifier.
- The JD1000/1 is also equipped with an integrated LED clamp indicator ring surrounding the input sensitivity control. This useful feature allows you to quickly and precisely adjust the input sensitivity of the amplifier without the need for special equipment.
- With an additional RBC-1 remote control (sold separately), you can control the subwoofer level from the driver's seat.
