Masori warranty (3 years) + optional warranty extension (4 & 5 years)
1. Scope and start of the guarantee
- Your purchases from Masori are backed by our 3-year Masori warranty. We extend the manufacturer's warranty period (typically 12-24 months) to a full 36 months at our expense – automatically and at no additional cost or hassle to you.
- Optionally, we offer you an extension of this warranty to 48 months (4 years) or 60 months (5 years) for an additional charge. This extended warranty period also begins on the invoice date and is tied to the respective product.
- The warranty applies exclusively to private individuals and not to commercial use. It is not transferable upon resale of the item.
- Our guarantee extends geographically to the Federal Republic of Germany.
2. Warranty services
If defects occur during the warranty period and are due to material or manufacturing defects, you are entitled to one of the following services (provision at our discretion):
- Free repair of the goods.
- Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original product is no longer available).
If a replacement or repair is not possible for economic reasons or due to the unavailability of spare parts, we will provide you with financial compensation taking into account the period of use to date.
- In the third year of the warranty period, this compensation can amount to up to 90% of the original purchase price.
- With an extended warranty period of 48 months (4 years), the possible financial compensation in the fourth year is reduced to a maximum of 75% of the original purchase price.
- With an extended warranty period of 60 months (5 years), the possible financial compensation in the fifth year is reduced to a maximum of 60% of the original purchase price.
- Financial compensation will only be granted upon return and transfer of ownership of the defective item.
The warranty period will not be extended again after the warranty service has been provided.
3. Conditions for use
- In addition to your statutory rights in the event of defects, we grant this guarantee on the goods advertised in each case.
- The warranty period begins on the invoice date.
- To claim warranty service, you must allow us to inspect the warranty claim in advance by sending the goods to us. Please ensure that no damage occurs during transport (appropriate packaging and padding).
- To claim warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice. If we are unable to verify this, we reserve the right to refuse warranty service.
4. Exclusions from the guarantee
Damage caused by the following causes is not covered by this warranty:
- Improper or abusive handling (e.g., blow, impact, fall)
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts
- Failure to follow operating and care instructions or safety precautions
- Force majeure or environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Normal or usual signs of wear and tear
- Software errors or defects in accessories such as rechargeable batteries, batteries, lamps and consumables (unless expressly included in the warranty)
- Free gifts, special accessories or promotional items (e.g. product inserts, free extras)
Compensation for consequential damages or other further claims cannot be asserted under this guarantee.
5. Special conditions for technical equipment
- In the case of technical equipment, large devices are repaired on-site whenever possible. Small devices are generally repaired or replaced in a designated workshop.
- Accessories, in particular rechargeable batteries, batteries, lamps and consumables, are excluded from this guarantee unless otherwise agreed.

We ask that you include a detailed description of the problem and a copy of your original invoice with your shipment. We will cover shipping and handling costs in the event of a valid warranty claim. We will reimburse you for any shipping costs you may have incurred after inspection.
7. Relationship to statutory rights
Your statutory rights in the event of defects (warranty rights) remain unaffected by this guarantee promise and can be exercised by you free of charge.
Withdrawal, reduction or compensation in accordance with statutory provisions is also possible independently of this guarantee, provided that a corresponding defect exists and the statutory requirements are met.
Why do we do this?
Because we stand behind the products we offer. We are an authorized dealer of all popular brand manufacturers and pay attention to the highest quality when selecting our product range. We do not accept products that do not meet our quality standards. Therefore, we dare to extend the warranty for our manufacturers to at least three years – and offer you the option of extending this warranty to four or even five years for an additional fee.

The Masori Low Price Guarantee
"We'll keep up - guaranteed! Benefit from our lowest price guarantee: If you find one or more items purchased from us on a European Union website or in a European store at a lower price than ours, we'll match the competitor's price. We guarantee the same price, refund the difference to the competitor's price, and include an item from our accessories range at our discretion with your package.
Procedure
To claim the lowest price guarantee, please email info@masori.de, stating the order number or links to the item(s) for which you wish to claim the lowest price guarantee. Please include appropriate documentation that adequately substantiates the price, availability, and features of the competitor's offer. This can be done, for example, by providing a link to the competitor's offer or photos of a brochure or the offer in a store.
After reviewing the case, we will immediately refund the difference between the purchase price paid to us, including all additional costs (including shipping costs), and the purchase price, including all additional costs (including shipping costs), of the competitor's offer for each successfully claimed Low Price Guarantee claim. The refund will be made in the form of a credit to your customer account and the forwarding of the item from our accessories section. Cash payment of the refund amount is excluded.
Conditions for claiming the lowest price guarantee
The following conditions apply to the use of the Low Price Guarantee:
The Low Price Guarantee is only available to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. In particular, commercial resellers are excluded from claiming the Low Price Guarantee.
The Low Price Guarantee gives the consumer the opportunity, upon request and in accordance with the following provisions, to obtain a refund of the difference between the purchase price, including all additional costs, of the item purchased from us and a lower purchase price, including all additional costs, within the framework of a competitor's offer.
The competing offer must refer to a website operated from Germany or the European Union according to the respective provider identification (legal notice) or to a retail store located in Germany or the European Union, originate from a commercial provider and it must be up-to-date and immediately available at the advertised price at the time the lowest price guarantee is claimed.
The lowest price guarantee does not include competing offers that involve rejects, exhibition goods, returns or demonstration goods, defective products or defective copies, as well as offers resulting from clearance sales, insolvency sales and clearance sales.
The competitor's price must include all additional costs, such as shipping costs. To calculate the shipping costs, the standard shipping rate within Germany for the respective item is used.
The Low Price Guarantee gives the consumer the opportunity, upon request and in accordance with the following provisions, to obtain a refund of the difference between the purchase price, including all additional costs, of the item purchased from us and a lower purchase price, including all additional costs, within the framework of a competitor's offer.
Only prices at which every consumer can take advantage of the competitor's offer are considered competitive prices, not just those offered by members of certain professional groups, companies, associations, clubs, or similar institutions, or by customer or discount programs. When determining the competitive price, individual discounts or benefits are not taken into account. This applies in particular to personalized vouchers and discounts or bonuses granted as part of customer loyalty programs (e.g., the use of customer cards or bonus programs). Likewise, volume discounts and discount promotions granted by the product manufacturer for the competitor's offer (e.g., cashback programs) are not taken into account.
The competing item must be new, unused, in its original packaging and undamaged.
The lowest price guarantee is only granted for order quantities typical for households.
The lowest price guarantee can only be used once per ordered item.
The lowest price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts
The lowest price guarantee can only be claimed within a limitation period of 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract for the item purchased from us. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of claiming the lowest price guarantee in a timely manner. The provision of Section 193 of the German Civil Code (BGB) does not apply when calculating the end of the deadline.
The consumer's statutory rights remain unaffected. If the consumer cancels their order with regard to one or more items for which they have claimed the lowest price guarantee, the following applies:
The above provisions shall apply accordingly in the event that the consumer effectively withdraws from the purchase contract for an item for which he has claimed the lowest price guarantee due to his statutory rights in the event of defects.
We reserve the right to exclude individual items from the Low Price Guarantee. If this is the case, the consumer will be informed of this fact by an explicit notice on the respective item. Furthermore, we may terminate the Low Price Guarantee offer at any time. The consumer will be notified of this. Items ordered before receipt of the notice of termination of the Low Price Guarantee are still covered by the guarantee.
Masori's 90-day price drop protection
If you're like us, there's nothing more frustrating than making a purchase and seeing the price drop the next day. We want you to feel comfortable and buy your product from us when you're ready.
To help you with this, we have introduced 90-day price drop protection.
What is 90-day price drop protection?
If the price of a device in the Masori.de shop drops within 90 days of the purchase date, you will receive the difference back in the form of a voucher.
Example: The period begins on your purchase date and lasts for only 90 days. So, for example, if you purchase on June 15th and the price drops between that date and September 15th, you're eligible for a voucher. All you need to do is contact us by September 15th.
The 90-day price drop protection isn't a price adjustment between different shops. It applies only to the Masori.de shop and is designed to prevent you from missing out on a great deal by buying too early.
How do I get the voucher?
Simply contact us at info@masori.de and let us know. We'll send you a voucher code immediately after we receive and review your request.
The calculation is based on euros and does not include exchange rate fluctuations between different currencies.
Guarantee conditions for free gifts
Scope: These warranty conditions apply to all free gifts offered as part of promotional campaigns in the online shop.
Free Gift Qualification: Customers are eligible to receive a free gift when they purchase a main item with a value exceeding a specified minimum. The qualifying amount is reached when a free gift appears in the "Include Free" field on the product page.
Selection of free gifts: The customer selects the free gifts from the options available in the online store. The availability of free gifts may vary depending on stock levels, and the display of a free gift item is subject to change without prior notice.
No exchange or return: Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
No guarantee or warranty: There is no guarantee or warranty for free gifts. Complaints regarding the quality or functionality of the free gifts will not be accepted.
Limited availability: Free gifts are only available while supplies last. There is no guarantee of receiving a specific free gift.
Changes to Conditions: We reserve the right to change the warranty conditions for free gifts at any time. Changes will be announced on the online store's website.
Redemption of promotional vouchers
1. Vouchers issued free of charge by the Seller as part of promotional campaigns with a specific period of validity and which cannot be purchased by the Customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop and only during the specified period.
2. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.
3. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if a corresponding restriction arises from the content of the promotional voucher.
4. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible.
5. Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per customer and per order.
6. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.
7. If the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected to settle the difference.
8. The balance of a promotional voucher will not be paid out in cash or bear interest.
9. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the promotional voucher within the scope of his statutory right of withdrawal.
10. The promotional voucher is transferable. The seller may, with discharging effect, make a payment to the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the seller's online shop. This shall not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the respective holder's ineligibility, incapacity, or lack of authority to represent the seller.
11. Only one freebie per order and per customer is permitted. Manually selecting multiple freebies in the bundle will automatically reduce the number of items to one.
