Masori Warranty (3 years) + optional warranty extension (4 & 5 years)

1. Scope and Start of the Warranty

  • Your purchases at Masori are secured by our 3-year Masori warranty. We extend the manufacturer's warranty period (usually 12–24 months) at our expense to a full 36 months – automatically for you and at no additional cost or effort.
  • Optionally, we offer you an extension of this warranty to 48 months (4 years) or 60 months (5 years) for an additional fee. This extended warranty period also begins with the invoice date and is tied to the respective product.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to private individuals and not for commercial use. It is not transferable upon resale of the item.
  • Our warranty is geographically limited to the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • The warranty period begins with the invoice date.
  • The warranty does not apply to free add-ons (see below)

2. Warranty Services

For defects occurring during the warranty period that are due to material or manufacturing errors, you are entitled to one of the following services (provided at our discretion):

  • Free repair of the item.
  • Free exchange of the item for an equivalent product (possibly also a successor model, if the original item is no longer available).

If an exchange or repair is not possible for economic reasons or due to unavailability of spare parts, we will grant you financial compensation considering the previous usage duration.

  • In the third year of the warranty period, this compensation can amount to up to 90% of the original purchase price.
  • With an extended warranty period of 48 months (4 years), the possible financial compensation in the fourth year is reduced to a maximum of 75% of the original purchase price.
  • With an extended warranty period of 60 months (5 years), the possible financial compensation in the fifth year is reduced to a maximum of 60% of the original purchase price.
  • Financial compensation is only granted upon return and transfer of the defective item.

An extension of the warranty period will not occur again after the warranty service has been provided.

3. Conditions for Claiming

  • In addition to your statutory rights regarding defects, we provide this warranty for the advertised goods.
  • The warranty period begins with the invoice date.
  • Claiming warranty services requires that you allow us to verify the warranty case by sending in the item. Please ensure that no transport damage occurs (appropriate packaging and cushioning).
  • To apply for the warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice. If we cannot verify this, we reserve the right to deny the warranty service.

Exclusions from the Warranty

Damages resulting from the following causes are not covered by this warranty:

  • Improper or abusive treatment (e.g., impact, shock, fall)
  • Unauthorized modifications or attempts at repair
  • Failure to observe operating and care instructions or safety precautions
  • Force majeure or environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Normal or usual signs of wear (wear and tear)
  • Software errors or defects in accessories such as batteries, accumulators, light bulbs, and consumables (unless explicitly included in the warranty)
  • Free gifts, special accessories, or promotional items (e.g., product inserts, free extras)

Compensation for consequential damages or any further claims cannot be asserted under this warranty.

5. Special conditions for technical devices

  • For technical devices, large appliances will be repaired on-site whenever possible. Small devices are usually repaired in an authorized workshop or replaced if necessary.
  • Accessories, especially batteries, accumulators, light bulbs, and consumables, are excluded from this warranty unless otherwise agreed.

We ask you to include a detailed description of the problem along with a copy of your original invoice with the shipment. Shipping and packaging costs in the justified warranty case will be covered by us. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed after review.

7. Relationship to legal rights

Your legal rights in case of defects (warranty rights) remain unaffected by this warranty promise and can be claimed by you free of charge.

A withdrawal, reduction, or compensation for damages according to legal regulations is also possible independently of this warranty, provided that a corresponding defect exists and the legal requirements are met.

Products that do not meet our quality standards are not included. Therefore, we dare to extend the warranty for our manufacturers to at least three years – and additionally offer you the option to extend this warranty for an extra charge to four or even five years.

The Masori low price guarantee

“We match it - guaranteed! Benefit from our low price guarantee: If you find one or more items purchased from us on a website in the European Union or in a retail store in the European Union at a lower price than ours, we will match the competitor's price. We guarantee you the same price, refund the difference to the competitor's price, and include an item from our accessories section at our discretion with the package shipment.

Procedure

To claim the low price guarantee, please contact us by email at info@masori.de, providing the order number or links of the item(s) for which you wish to claim the low price guarantee. Please include suitable evidence that sufficiently demonstrates the price, availability, and characteristics of the competitor offer. This can be done, for example, by sending a link to the corresponding competitor offer or by providing photos of a brochure or the offer in a retail store.

After reviewing the facts, we will promptly refund you the difference for each successfully claimed low price guarantee request between the purchase price paid to us including all ancillary costs (especially shipping costs) and the purchase price including all ancillary costs (especially shipping costs) of the competitor offer. The refund will be made in the form of a credit to your customer account, as well as the reshipment of the item from our accessories section. A cash payout of the refund amount is excluded.

Conditions for claiming the low price guarantee

The following conditions apply to the claim of the low price guarantee:

The low price guarantee is only granted to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. In particular, commercial resellers are excluded from claiming the low price guarantee.

The low price guarantee allows the consumer to request a refund of the difference in the purchase price, including all ancillary costs of the item purchased from us, to a lower purchase price including all ancillary costs within the framework of a competing offer, according to the following provisions.

The competitor offer must refer to a website operated from Germany or the European Union according to the respective provider identification (Impressum) or to a retail store located in Germany or the European Union, must originate from a commercial provider, and must be current and immediately available at the advertised price at the time of claiming the low price guarantee.

Not covered by the low price guarantee are competitor offers that involve defective goods, display items, returns, or demonstration goods, faulty products, or damaged copies, as well as offers resulting from clearance, insolvency, and liquidation sales.

The competing price must include all ancillary costs such as shipping costs. For the comparison calculation of shipping costs, the domestic standard shipping for the respective item is used.

The low price guarantee allows the consumer to request a refund of the difference in the purchase price, including all ancillary costs of the item purchased from us, to a lower purchase price including all ancillary costs within the framework of a competing offer, according to the following provisions.

Only prices that any consumer can access the competing offer are considered competing prices, and not just members of certain professional groups, companies, associations, clubs, or similar institutions, customer or discount programs. Individual discounts or benefits are excluded when determining the competing price. This particularly applies to personalized vouchers and discounts or rewards granted within customer loyalty programs (e.g., use of customer cards or bonus programs). Quantity discounts and discount promotions granted by the manufacturer for the competing offer (e.g., cashback programs) are also disregarded.

The competing item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

The low price guarantee is granted only within the scope of household-typical order quantities.

The low price guarantee can only be claimed once per ordered item.

The low price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts.

The low price guarantee can only be claimed within a period of 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract for the item purchased from us. Timely submission of the declaration to claim the low price guarantee is sufficient to meet the deadline. The provision of § 193 BGB does not apply when calculating the end of the deadline.

The statutory rights of the consumer remain unaffected. If the consumer cancels his order regarding one or more items for which he has claimed the low price guarantee, the following applies:

The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the consumer effectively withdraws from the purchase contract for an item for which he has claimed the low price guarantee based on his statutory rights regarding defects.

We reserve the right to exclude individual items from the low price guarantee. If this is the case, the consumer will be informed of this circumstance by an explicit notice on the respective item. Furthermore, the offer of the low price guarantee can be terminated by us at any time. The consumer will be notified of this. Items ordered before the notice of termination of the low price guarantee are still covered by the guarantee promise.

The 90-Day Price Drop Protection from Masori

If you feel the same way we do, there is hardly anything more frustrating than making a purchase and seeing the price drop the next day. We want you to feel comfortable and buy your product from us when you are ready.

To help you with this, we have introduced the 90-day price drop protection.

What is the 90-day price drop protection?

If the price of a device in the Masori.de shop drops within 90 days of the purchase date, you will receive the difference back in the form of a value voucher.

Example: The period starts on your purchase date and lasts only 90 days. So, if you buy on June 15 and the price drops between that day and September 15, you are entitled to a value voucher. You just need to contact us by September 15.

The 90-day price drop protection is not a price adjustment between different shops. It only applies to the shop on Masori.de and is designed to ensure you don't miss out on a great deal because you bought early.

How do I get the value voucher?

Contact us simply at info@masori.de and let us know. We will send you a value voucher code promptly after we have received and reviewed your request.

The calculation basis is in euros and does not include exchange rate fluctuations of different currencies.

Warranty Terms for Free Gifts

Scope: These warranty terms apply to all free gifts offered as part of promotional campaigns in the online shop.

Qualification for Free Gifts: Customers are entitled to receive a free gift when they purchase a main item whose value exceeds a specified minimum amount. The minimum amount for qualification is reached as soon as a free gift is displayed in the (Free With Purchase) field on the product page.

Selection of Free Gifts: The selection of free gifts is made by the customer from the options available in the online shop. The availability of free gifts may vary depending on stock levels, and the display of a free gift item may be changed without prior notice.

No Exchange or Return: Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

No Warranty or Guarantee: There is no warranty or guarantee for free gifts. Complaints regarding the quality or functionality of free gifts will not be accepted.

Limited Availability: Free gifts are only offered while supplies last. There is no entitlement to a specific free gift.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change the warranty terms for free gifts at any time. Changes will be announced on the online shop's website.

No Combination with Promotional Discounts.

Redemption of Promotional Vouchers

1. Vouchers issued free of charge by the seller as part of promotional campaigns with a specific validity period and which cannot be purchased by the customer (hereinafter "Promotional Vouchers") can only be redeemed in the seller's online shop and only within the specified period.

2. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.

3. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if such a restriction results from the content of the promotional voucher.

4. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent crediting is not possible.

5. Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per customer and per order.

6. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.

7. If the value of the promotional voucher is insufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be chosen to pay the difference.

8. The balance of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor accrue interest.

9. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the promotional voucher under their statutory right of withdrawal.

10. The promotional voucher is transferable. The seller can fulfill its obligation by paying the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the seller is aware or grossly negligently unaware of the holder's lack of entitlement, legal incapacity, or lack of authorization to represent.

11. Only one participation in the free gift promotion per order and per customer is allowed. Manual multiple selections of the free product in the bundle will automatically be reduced to a quantity of 1.

11. Per promotion, the use of a voucher is limited to one time per customer. Multiple uses will result in invoicing the items in the order.
