Masori Warranty (3 years) + optional warranty extension (4 & 5 years)

1. Scope and Start of the Warranty

  • Your purchases at Masori are protected by our 3-year Masori warranty. We extend the manufacturer's warranty period (usually 12–24 months) at our expense to a full 36 months – automatically for you and at no additional cost or effort.
  • Optionally, we offer you an extension of this warranty to 48 months (4 years) or 60 months (5 years) for an additional charge. This extended warranty period also begins on the invoice date and is tied to the respective product.
  • The warranty applies exclusively to private individuals and not for commercial use. It is not transferable upon resale of the item.
  • Our warranty is geographically limited to the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Warranty Services

In the event of defects occurring during the warranty period that are due to material or manufacturing errors, you are entitled to one of the following services (to be provided at our discretion):

  • Free repair of the goods.
  • Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).

If an exchange or repair is not possible for economic reasons or due to the unavailability of spare parts, we will provide you with a financial compensation taking into account the previous duration of use.

  • In the third year of the warranty period, this compensation can amount to up to 90% of the original purchase price.
  • With an extended warranty period of 48 months (4 years), the possible financial compensation in the fourth year is reduced to a maximum of 75% of the original purchase price.
  • With an extended warranty period of 60 months (5 years), the possible financial compensation in the fifth year is reduced to a maximum of 60% of the original purchase price.
  • The financial compensation is granted only upon return and transfer of ownership of the defective item.

An extension of the warranty period does not occur again after the warranty service has been provided.

3. Requirements for Utilization

  • In addition to the statutory rights you are entitled to regarding defects, we provide this guarantee for the goods as advertised.
  • The warranty period begins with the invoice date.
  • A claim for warranty services requires that you allow us to examine the warranty case in advance by sending in the goods. Please ensure that no transport damage occurs (appropriate packaging and cushioning).
  • To apply for the warranty service, you must include a copy of the original invoice. If we cannot verify this, we reserve the right to deny the warranty service.

4. Exclusions from the warranty

Damages resulting from the following causes are not covered by this warranty:

  • Improper or abusive treatment (e.g., impact, shock, fall)
  • Unauthorized changes or repair attempts
  • Non-compliance with operating and maintenance instructions or safety precautions
  • Force majeure or environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Normal or usual signs of wear (wear and tear)
  • Software errors or defects in accessories such as batteries, light bulbs, and consumables (unless explicitly included in the warranty otherwise)
  • Free gifts, special accessories, or promotional items (e.g., product inserts, free extras)

Compensation for consequential damages or any other further claims cannot be asserted within the scope of this warranty.

5. Special conditions for technical devices

  • For technical devices, large equipment is repaired on-site whenever possible. Small devices are usually repaired in an authorized workshop or, if necessary, replaced.
  • Accessories, in particular batteries, accumulators, light sources, and consumables, are excluded from this warranty unless otherwise agreed.

We ask you to include a detailed problem description along with a copy of your original invoice with the shipment. Shipping and packaging costs in the case of a valid warranty will be covered by us. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed to you after review.

7. Relationship to statutory rights

Your statutory rights in case of defects (warranty rights) remain unaffected by this guarantee promise and can be claimed by you free of charge.

A resignation, reduction, or compensation for damages in accordance with statutory provisions is also possible independently of this guarantee, provided that a corresponding defect exists and the legal requirements are met.

Benefit from our low price guarantee: If you find one or more items purchased from us on a website in the European Union or in a retail store in the European Union at a lower price than ours, we will match the competitor's price. We guarantee you the same price, refund the difference to the competitor's price, and include an item from our accessories section at our discretion with the package shipment."

Procedure

To claim the low price guarantee, please contact info@masori.de by email, providing the order number or links to the item(s) for which you wish to claim the low price guarantee. Please include suitable evidence that sufficiently demonstrates the price, availability, and features of the competing offer. This can be done, for example, by providing a link to the corresponding competing offer or by sending photos of a brochure or the offer in a retail store.

After reviewing the facts, we will promptly refund you the difference for each successfully claimed low price guarantee request between the purchase price paid to us, including all additional costs (especially shipping costs), and the purchase price including all additional costs (especially shipping costs) of the competitor's offer. The refund will be issued as a credit to your customer account, as well as the reshipment of the item from our accessories section. A cash payout of the refund amount is excluded.

Conditions for claiming the low price guarantee

The following conditions apply to the use of the low price guarantee:

The low price guarantee is only granted to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. In particular, commercial resellers are excluded from claiming the low price guarantee.

The low price guarantee allows the consumer to request a refund of the difference in the purchase price, including all ancillary costs, of the item purchased from us to a lower purchase price, including all ancillary costs, in the context of a competing offer, in accordance with the following provisions.

The competing offer must relate to a website operated from Germany or the European Union according to the respective provider identification (imprint) or to a retail store located in Germany or the European Union, must originate from a commercial provider, and must be current on the day of invoking the low price guarantee and available for immediate delivery at the advertised price.

Not covered by the low price guarantee are competitor offers that involve defective goods, display items, returns or demonstration goods, incorrect products, or damaged copies, as well as offers resulting from clearance sales, insolvency, and liquidation sales.

The competitive price must include all additional costs such as shipping costs. For the comparison calculation of shipping costs, the domestic standard shipping for the corresponding item is used.

The low price guarantee allows the consumer to request a refund of the difference in the purchase price, including all ancillary costs, of the item purchased from us to a lower purchase price, including all ancillary costs, in the context of a competing offer, in accordance with the following provisions.

Only those prices are considered competitive prices at which every consumer can take advantage of the competitive offer, and not just members of certain professional groups, companies, associations, clubs, or similar institutions, customer or discount programs. In determining the competitive price, individual discounts or advantages are excluded. This particularly applies to personalized vouchers and discounts or rewards granted within the framework of customer loyalty programs (e.g., use of customer cards or bonus programs). Likewise, quantity discounts and discount promotions granted by the product manufacturer for the competitive offer (e.g., cashback programs) are not taken into account.

The competing item must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

The low price guarantee is only granted within the scope of household customary order quantities.

The low price guarantee can only be claimed once per ordered item.

The low price guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts.

The low price guarantee can only be claimed within a period of 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract for the item purchased from us. Timely submission of the declaration to claim the low price guarantee is sufficient to meet the deadline. The provision of § 193 BGB does not apply when calculating the end of the period.

The statutory rights of the consumer remain unaffected. If the consumer cancels their order regarding one or more items for which they have claimed the low price guarantee, the following applies:

The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the consumer effectively withdraws from the purchase contract for an item for which he has claimed the low price guarantee due to his statutory rights of defect.

We reserve the right to exclude individual items from the low price guarantee. If this is the case, the consumer will be informed of this circumstance by an explicit notice on the respective item. Furthermore, the offer of the low price guarantee can be terminated by us at any time. The consumer will be informed of this. Items ordered before the notice of termination of the low price guarantee are still covered by the guarantee promise.

The 90-Day Price Reduction Protection from Masori

What is the 90-day price reduction protection?

If the price of a device in the Masori.de shop drops within 90 days of the purchase date, you will receive the difference back in the form of a value voucher.

Example: The deadline starts on your purchase date and lasts for only 90 days. So if you buy, for example, on June 15 and the price drops between that day and September 15, you are entitled to a value voucher. You just need to contact us by September 15.

The 90-day price reduction protection is not a price adjustment between different shops. It only applies to the shop on Masori.de and is intended to prevent you from missing out on a great deal because you buy in time.

How do I get the value voucher?

The calculation basis is in euros and does not include exchange rate fluctuations of different currencies.

Guarantee conditions for free gifts

Scope: These warranty conditions apply to all free gifts offered as part of promotional actions in the online shop.

Qualification for Free Gifts: Customers are entitled to receive a free gift when they purchase a main item whose value exceeds a specified minimum amount. The minimum amount for qualification is reached as soon as a free gift is displayed in the field (Free With) on the product page.

Selection of Free Gifts: The selection of free gifts is made by the customer from the options available in the online shop. The availability of free gifts may vary depending on stock levels, and the display of a free gift item may be changed without prior notice.

No exchange or return: Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned. They are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

No guarantee or warranty: There is no guarantee or warranty for free gifts. Complaints regarding the quality or functionality of the free gifts will not be accepted.

Limited availability: Free gifts are only offered while supplies last. There is no entitlement to a specific free gift.

Change of Terms: We reserve the right to change the warranty conditions for free add-ons at any time. Changes will be announced on the online shop's website.

Redemption of promotional vouchers

1. Vouchers that are issued by the seller as part of promotional campaigns with a specific validity period free of charge and that cannot be purchased by the customer (hereinafter "promotional vouchers") can only be redeemed in the seller's online shop and only within the specified period.

2. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.

3. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion if a corresponding restriction arises from the content of the promotional voucher.

4. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the completion of the ordering process. Retroactive settlement is not possible.

5. Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per customer and per order.

6. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded by the seller.

7. If the value of the promotional voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be chosen to settle the difference.

8. The balance of a promotional voucher will neither be paid out in cash nor accrue interest.

9. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the promotional voucher within the scope of their statutory right of withdrawal.

10. The promotional voucher is transferable. The seller can fulfill their obligations with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the promotional voucher in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of entitlement, legal incapacity, or lack of representation authority of the respective holder.

11. Only one participation in the free gifts per order and per customer is permitted. A manual multiple selection of the free product in the bundle will automatically be reduced to a quantity of 1.

11. For each promotion, the use of a voucher is limited to one use per customer. Multiple uses will result in the items in the order being charged.
