Right of Withdrawal

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (D. Tobias F. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also fill out and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0271/9478/5927/files/Retourenformular_DE.pdf?v=1718735415 electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by normal post (freight goods), are estimated at a maximum of about 50 euros for each such item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract by a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been provided to us when the cancellation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of cancellation for that as well.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
