Masori is a Berlin based young company for products around Autohifi, Homehifi and speaker parts. We source our assortment worldwide and store it directly in Germany. We operate a warehouse, an office in Berlin and an online store. We serve internet platforms, like eBay and co, where meanwhile over 2000 products can be found. In addition, we operate as a wholesaler nationally and supply audio retailers in Germany. Masori sees itself as a company that loves to break new ground, to question processes, to operate internationally and to lead a flexible, young team in a startup mentality


Customer Service Agent / Webshop Manager

  • B2C product consulting, order taking, complaint handling, quotation preparation for inquiries via mail, social media and phone.
  • First:r contact:in the communication of our business customers.
  • Expansion of the B2B network.
  • Support of the social media & marketing team.
  • Portfolio expansion and article/data maintenance in the webshop, as well as their platforms.
  • Great affinity to the car hifi segment and consumer electronics.
  • Assertive, strong organizational and communication personality and "uncompromising" customer orientation.
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Experience in customer service and support (B2C/B2B).
