Masori is a Berlin-based young company for products around Autohifi, Homehifi and speaker parts. We source our product range worldwide and store it directly in Germany. We operate a warehouse, an office in Berlin and an online store.
We serve internet platforms, like eBay and co, where meanwhile more than 3000 products can be found. In addition, we operate as a wholesaler nationally and supply audio retailers in Germany.
Masori sees itself as a dynamic company that loves to break new ground, operate internationally and lead a flexible, young team in a startup mentality.
Customer Service Agent / E-Commerce Manager
Your tasks
Unter deiner Leitung läuft es im E-Commerce reibungslos. Du übernimmst unter anderem Aufgaben wie:
• Steuerung und Koordination von IT-Dienstleistern und Online-Marketing-Agenturen
• Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des E-Commerce-Teams
- B2C product consultation, order taking, complaint handling, quote generation for inquiries via mail, social media and phone.
- First:r contact:in the communication of our business customers.
- Expansion of the B2B network.
- Support the Social Media & Marketing Team.
- Portfolio expansion and item/data maintenance in the webshop, as well as their platforms.
Your qualifications
• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation oder Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Ausbildung im Bereich Einzelhandel, Großhandel, Kundenservice, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Affinität zum Audio-Segment und E-Commerce
- Assertive personality with strong organizational and communication skills and "no compromise" customer focus.
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
• Erfahrungen in Kundenservice und -betreuung (B2C/B2B)
• hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung und deren konsequente Umsetzung
