Control at the touch of a button
Matrio™ gives you complete control over each of your eight output zones. The Zone Control menu allows you to customize all possible zone settings, including on/off, source selection, volume control and mute. Additional functions are available for each zone, including bass, treble and left/right balance. Matrio™ has an easy-to-use interface that gives you optimized control of your DAX88.
Control everything at once
In addition to individual zone control, Matrio™ offers the ability to group multiple zones for optimized control. All possible zone settings can be adjusted via the "Group control" menu, including switching on/off and muting. The menu can also be used to synchronize volumes and input sources in grouped zones. Select any combination of zones from all DAX88 devices in your network for custom group control.
Customization of zone and source names
Customize all your source, zone and device names to make sure you can quickly identify zones and inputs. Name each of the eight zones to keep track of which zone you are currently controlling. Custom zone names help group zones to ensure you select the correct zone combination. The custom names, which can be changed at any time, appear in Matrio™ for all users on your network.

Freedom in simplicity
The DAX88 offers a variety of analog and digital inputs, including integrated Wi-Fi streaming options (AirPlay, Spotify Connect, DLNA). With a dedicated Wi-Fi channel, the DAX88 allows you to stream your favorite music directly from your preferred streaming service via AirPlay, Spotify Connect and DLNA. With access to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL, iHeartRadio and TuneIn, you have the musical world at your fingertips. Amazon Music and other streaming services may require additional hardware and/or a paid subscription if you are using Android devices. Analog input options, including four RCA, seven 3.5mm and two optical connections, ensure you can use virtually any input source from TVs to media players to additional Bluetooth adapters.
The flexibility of the DAX88's outputs allows you to choose your speaker system or integrate the DAX88 into an existing design. With six stereo amplifier zones and two stereo preamp zones, the DAX88 allows you to use any combination of speakers and additional amplifiers. When using the preamp zones with different amplifiers, such as 70V amplifiers for commercial use, the DAX88 offers instant app-controlled and Wi-Fi streaming options for your 70/100V audio system.
Connect multiple DAX88 units to your network for unlimited system expansion options. Suppose you have more than eight zones that need audio. In this case, this expansion feature ensures that you never run out of audio options.
