The BM1651 from Volt Loudspeakers is a 6.5" (16.5 cm) bass-midrange driver designed specifically for audiophiles. This driver features a critically doped plastic HIPS cone that minimizes distortion and provides balanced bass and midrange performance. With a symmetrical field magnet system and an extended pole piece, it allows for a large linear excursion. The mirrored double rear suspension provides stability, even at high volumes. The vented die-cast aluminum chassis improves cooling and increases the durability of the speaker. The BM1651 operates in a frequency range from 50 to 3000 Hz and is ideal for compact monitors and 2-way systems.
