The positive at the beginning:
The product: Signature SIG120-4 - Very good mini 4 inch woofer at a moderate (but not best available) price.

No shipping costs, as I had ordered 13 pieces: Fine.

Robert, Masori's business partner, was always friendly and helpful...

Unfortunately, a number of unpleasant 'ABERS' have now been added:
During the ordering process, the desired 13 pieces were available, so no delivery/stock backlog was visible...
Payment was made promptly via Paypal.

Then first "noise in the forest" ... no information on the delivery date.
When asked, we were told that the shop/warehouse was in the process of moving and that the goods would go out at the beginning of the 3rd week
(after ordering).
However, the goods were not dispatched until the end of the week..... well.

New BUT:
Only 6 out of 13 were delivered... Disappointing.
When asked how this could have happened, the answer was that the inventory in the previous warehouse had probably been incorrect and this was only noticed in the new warehouse...
That may be true, but whether incorrect bookkeeping is a satisfactory explanation ... I'll leave it open here...

Another BUT:
Again, when asked when the missing 7 pieces would be delivered, there was no clear, no binding statement... not even whether it would be 1 week or 2-3 months...
Explanation: it would have to be reordered directly from Dayton Audio's supplier in the USA and communication with the supplier was not particularly good...

It remains a mystery to me why, in the interest of a customer-oriented approach, it is not possible to make a loan purchase from another supplier in Germany and then return the goods there after subsequent delivery.
I nevertheless gave them a chance and said that I would be prepared to wait up to another 3 weeks, but would expect a clear concession for the "mess", and suggested that 1 of the 13 woofers ordered (retail price 32 €, purchase price probably only 20-25 €) be refunded or reduced.
But I was only offered €10 goodwill...

I refused and was refunded the 7 missing woofers quickly and easily via Paypal.
After all!
I also informed them that I would like to be informed when these woofers are available again so that I can order 1-2 more as a backup for my project. I wonder if that will work.
I ordered the missing woofers in France (actually available and ready for immediate shipment) at an additional €2 cheaper per unit and at moderate shipping costs via UPS.
All within a week!

Sehr netter Kontakt, super Preis und Lieferung gut verpackt. Die Batterie ist sehr kompakt wenn es nicht so auf die Bauhöhe ankommt. Tolle App mit allen Batteriedaten und Laden und Entladen/verbrauchen kann über die App geschaltet werden.
