Description
The ETON 7-212/C8/32 HEX SYMPHONY II 7" bass-midrange driver is designed for versatile use. It has a 3-layer hexacone sandwich cone, fast and detailed reproduction, is equipped with a solid bass foundation and has a homogeneous, uncolored sound reproduction.
The Hex Symphony II series is the logical further development of our successful, patented Symphony I series.
ETON's entire know-how has gone into the development of the Symphony series.
The specially patented production process made it possible for the first time to use a three-layer sandwich construction in combination with aramid fibers and their hexagonal inner structure. This ensures maximum rigidity and an excellent internal absorption effect. The manually applied coating also supports neutral cone behavior and gives the surface visual depth.
The Symphony II midrange and bass drivers produce a unique sound spectrum that is typical of Hex. The sound characteristics are harmonious, gentle reflections of the overtones and pronounced, light mids. A precise and powerful bass is produced in the low frequency range. All Symphony II drivers are characterized by a high degree of musical imaging and an impressive sound image.
The special design of the ferrite magnet geometry ensures an almost perfectly symmetrical magnetic field. The multiple ventilation and the flow-supporting cast basket guarantee mini[1]mum compression effects at high amplitudes.
