Description

    The Accuton AS250-8-552 is a bass speaker with a diameter of 250 mm and an aluminum honeycomb sandwich cone. The new design provides an ideal acoustic center that is identical to Accuton's CELL tweeter and midrange drivers.

    The innovative overhang construction combines the advantages of traditional overhang and underhang constructions and delivers a high linear excursion with extremely low distortion. A particularly hard aluminum sandwich cone was developed for the CELL bass drivers, which enables very low delay and energy storage. The hidden centering reduces the overall outer diameter and enables a linear excursion of up to +/- 16 mm. A newly developed centering spider enables large excursion without compression.

    We recommend our Accuton AS250-8-552 for applications from 20 Hz - 600 Hz.
