The Morel MW265-8 is an 8" (20cm) bass-midrange driver designed specifically for use in IB cabinets. With a high Q design and a damped polymer cone, it offers a full, extended frequency response. Special features include a dual ferrite magnet system, a 75 mm Hexatech aluminum voice coil and a neoprene rubber surround. The ventilated, rigid steel chassis ensures high-quality performance in addition to the minimal magnetic leakage field. The peak power handling of 1000 W makes the MW265-8 the ideal choice for larger 2-way or 3-way systems with a closed design.
