Description

Discover the C3-600, a 6.5" (16.5cm) speaker set from JL Audio that can be used both as a coaxial system and as a component system. With a 2-way convertible component/coaxial system consisting of a 6-inch bass/midrange driver and 1-inch silk dome tweeter, it impresses with its variability and performance. As part of the C3 product range, it is ideal for direct mounting in many Japanese vehicles and offers a specific design for models that cannot accommodate a 6.5-inch speaker in its original format.

• 2-way convertible component/coaxial system consisting of 6-inch (150 mm) bass-midrange driver and 1-inch (25 mm) silk dome tweeter
  
• There are times when an installation requires a separate woofer and tweeter, and others when a coaxial speaker is the better solution. With Evolution® C3 Convertible Component systems, the same product can be used in both configurations and deliver outstanding audio performance and quality in any application.
  
• The new C3-600 expands the C3 product range with a product for direct mounting in many Japanese vehicles that cannot accommodate a full-size 6.5-inch speaker.
  
• The C3-600 system incorporates 6-inch (150 mm) component woofers with oversized 1.2-inch (30.5 mm) voice coils, mineral-filled polypropylene cones and injection-molded polymer baskets. The woofer design benefits from JL Audio's extensive experience in woofer design and advanced modeling systems.
  
• The C3 tweeters are built with 1-inch silk dome cones that deliver a powerful, extended on-axis and off-axis response.
• Flush and surface mounting devices are included to meet a variety of installation requirements.
  
• The C3 crossovers are compact and made from high quality components, including Mylar® capacitors and segmented air core coils. Four levels of tweeter damping and three levels of midrange presence adjustment are available for twelve possible combinations!
  
• Woofer grilles are included, each consisting of a black grille surround and a black steel grille with an electroformed JL Audio logo.
