PROPERTIES
TH 1.5 II Violino
- Single-layer 34 mm CCAW voice coil with low weight, stability at low frequencies and complete absence of musical transient compression.
- Extremely powerful custom N38 "H-grade" neodymium magnet with 1.67 T*m in the magnetic gap for outstanding dynamics and very low distortion across the entire frequency range.
- The exclusive air-loading system results in a resonance frequency below 800 Hz, which starts at 1.5 kHz with the filter setting - 12dB/oct.
- 38 mm natural silk dome tweeter, optimized through extensive material characterization, laser vibrometer scanning and finite element analysis methods for a smooth and extended response.
- Frequency response up to 26 kHz, optimized for off-center placement.
- The TH 1.5 II Violino Tuning System has two types of electro-acoustic charges: Bottom Case or Bottom Disk, depending on the objectives of the highest performance as well as the flexibility of integration in the car.
- All-metal construction, with every part designed and manufactured exclusively for the Audison TH 1.5 II.
- FEM (Finite Element Method) optimized front panel and front spokes for improved dispersion characteristics.
TH 6.5 II Sax
- 50 mm voice coil made of CCAR (Copper Clad Aluminum Ribbon), wound with flat wire to maximize power factor and heat dissipation.
- Low inductance of the mobile voice coil to optimize radiation in the medium-high band (2-3 kHz).
- N48 "H-grade" neodymium magnet with excellent thermal stability to ensure optimum dynamic reserve in any situation.
- The geometry of the magnet assembly was designed using finite element simulation software to maximize efficiency by concentrating the magnetic field in the gap.
- The cone is made of TPX®, a transparent material that reduces the irregularities of the frequency response in the mid-high range and makes the inside of the loudspeaker completely visible.
- The diaphragm geometry was designed with the help of simulation software in order to achieve uniform dispersion across all listening angles.
- The basket is made from a single piece of die-cast aluminum with four pairs of spokes to optimize heat transfer, avoid turbulent airflow and ensure maximum structural rigidity.
- Hi-excursion suspension and spider, optimized with simulations of the speaker's multi-physical behaviour.
