The SPK 8 is an impressive 8" (20cm) subwoofer from Audiocontrol. With a design that offers high excursion for ultra-low bass, a fiber matrix paper cone with mica coating, and a 3-layer high temperature voice coil former, this subwoofer stands out. It also features a dual damping system for linear bass response and a double dust cap system to control cabinet compression. Added to this is an efficient high-performance motor design and the option of removing the subwoofer grille. All these features make the SPK 8 a remarkable piece of audio quality and control.
