The 310e-D2 / D4 from DD Audio is a 10-inch (25cm) subwoofer that is part of the brand new 300 series "e". With a 2.5-inch voice coil and a 100-ounce magnet motor, this subwoofer offers high sensitivity, Xmax and excursion control. The cones are made of fiberglass-reinforced, unpressed, treated paper, and the taller, thicker EROM surrounds with black stitching provide additional stability. The subwoofer features a free flow cooling system, a high temperature voice coil and a dual layer spider system with integrated tinsel feed lines. The design is complemented by a DD logo basket and an embossed DDesign magnetic sleeve. With an RMS output of 500 watts, this subwoofer is ideal for higher efficiency enclosures from 250 to 500 watts.
