FOUR Connect Stage3 0.3m 2-channel Y-splitter RCA cables have been carefully developed to achieve the best possible results with the best possible materials. These cables have thicker conductors than usual, which are made of tinned OFC ( T-OFC ). The cross-section of the conductor is 0.5mm2, which is a real overkill for RCA cables. The quad-shielded twisted pair structure eliminates unwanted noise. Another noise suppression factor is an additional wire found in all cables. The conductors are sheathed with a double foil to prevent inductive noise. The conductors are insulated with two layers of materials used in high voltage cables. This structure ensures incredibly good noise suppression, which is particularly important in the car environment. The connectors are rhodium plated Bite Hold Molded Connectors (BHMC) and each connector is factory tested to ensure they have excellent retention. The connector housings are made from HDPE plastic, which has a high insulation factor. The housings have an opposing cone structure that serves as strain relief for the cable.
