Properties
Carbon fiber woofer with Plus One™ architecture for ultimate sound quality
- The patented (US Patent No. 7,548,631) Plus One™ cones provide a larger total surface area than other speakers of the same size, resulting in louder bass. The high-quality carbon fiber material of the woofer ensures precision and a clear musical character.
Edge-controlled silk dome tweeter
- The Club SQ speakers feature an edge-driven silk dome tweeter that delivers a wider and smoother high-frequency response that never hardens than the commonly used W domes, regardless of the output level.
Adjustable tweeter output level
- The Club SQ speakers offer a tweeter output level control of OdB or +3cB to optimize the linearity of the system depending on the installation location.
Incredible Y40 ferrite magnet for higher sensitivity
- The Club SQ loudspeakers use the Y40 ferrite magnet, which enables a higher sensitivity compared to the usual Y30 ferrite magnet.
Starfish™ tweeter mounting adapter
- The Club 64CSQ speaker system is supplied with the Starfish™ tweeter mounting adapter. The Starfish tweeter mounting adapter allows for easy installation of the tweeter behind the factory grille and in locations such as the A-pillar. It also features six breakaway mounting tabs to allow for many mounting configurations. The tweeter can be surface or flush mounted. The tweeter can be easily serviced without having to remove the entire assembly.
I-mount tweeter mounting kit
- The I-Mount™ (Patent No. 5,859,917) tweeter mounting system allows for easy and versatile installation of tweeters in any of the component systems. It includes a flush shell and surface mount fasteners. With a 1-3/4" cutout and 1" mounting depth, installation is a breeze. This allows the tweeter to be flush mounted and tilted up to +40 degrees. The supplied lock nuts ensure that everything stays in place and the tweeter can be replaced without having to remove the entire assembly.
