Emphaser ECX-G5

The ECX-G5 from Emphaser is a 5" (13cm) coaxial loudspeaker that is characterized by its high-quality workmanship and high-performance components. It features an EMPHASER CRYSTALGRAIN compound cone woofer and a FlowMax die-cast aluminum basket for optimized temperature management. The speaker uses a strontium ferrite magnet and a butyl rubber surround for best sound quality and durability. A two-layer copper wire voice coil on a temperature-resistant aluminum voice coil former and a Connex centering spider with woven-in voice coil lead ensure high power handling and stability. The 13 mm tweeter with fabric dome tweeter and the gold-plated screw terminal round off the package. With a rated power handling of 80 W RMS, 4 Ohm nominal impedance and a frequency response of 85 Hz - 22 kHz, the ECX-G5 offers impressive technical specifications. The scope of delivery includes two coaxial speakers and an optional speaker cover (ESP-GR5).
