Description
The ATX165S from Axton is a 6.5" (16.5 cm) coaxial loudspeaker characterized by a 2-way coaxial system as a point sound source. With a 13 mm tweeter, Mylar dome tweeter and neodymium magnet, it offers precise music reproduction. The speaker has a strontium ferrite magnet for the mid-woofer and a low-resonance polypropylene cone. Other features include a precision composite basket, NBR nitrile rubber surround and a rear-ventilated NOMEX spider. It is also characterized by hard gold-plated, corrosion-resistant plug contacts and a frequency response of 65 Hz to 22 kHz. The sensitivity is 90 dB at a nominal impedance of 4 Ohm, the rated power handling is 90 Wrms. The installation diameter is 144 mm and the installation depth is 47 mm. A speaker grille is included in the scope of delivery.
