Features
- Ergonomic, compact design, specially developed for closed housings from 17 l volume.
- CCAW, 65 mm (2.5") 4-layer voice coil capable of handling 1200 W of musical power. The 2 Ω + 2 Ω DVC impedance configuration improves versatility and matches any amplification system.
- The voice coil is wound on TIL-P material and has ventilation holes behind the winding. This combines efficient heat dissipation with a high Qms factor (low mechanical loss) for a bursting dynamic sound.
- Exponential V-cone® with optimized geometry for high cone rigidity and strong resistance to deformation even at maximum deflections.
- Boundary Free IIR rubber surround, for higher SPL performance with the same outer diameter.
- Mineral-injected paper cone for outstanding rigidity and damping.
- Extremely acoustically transparent, low-resonance basket made of an aluminum alloy with six spokes and integrated ventilation holes under the spider.
- CNC-milled, elegant, diamond-cut basket edge with Hertz logo.
- Terminal block for cables up to 8 AWG to ensure extremely low wiring resistance in low resistance configurations. A plastic cover prevents accidental short circuits.
- Possibility of attaching the subwoofer to the speaker wall and fully utilizing its minimal dimensions.
- Powerful, compact motor with an excellent magnetic field that is transferred to the coil.
