Notes on LTO Cells

  • The optimal operating range of the YINLONG LTO cells is between 2.0V and 2.5V.
  • When charging the cells above 2.5V, the voltage increases more sharply, and above 2.6V it increases very sharply. The same applies when discharging below 2.0V!
  • Therefore, the use of a good active balancer for LTO cells that are connected in series is also very important.
  • "If very large currents (charging or discharging) are used, it may be necessary to further restrict the working area to avoid strong voltage spikes or drops."
