Description
The Quantum Q208A from ESX is an 8" (20 cm) active cabinet subwoofer with a compact design that fits under many vehicle seats. It has 150 watts RMS power, boosted by an integrated Class A/B amplifier, and offers 50% more power than its predecessor. The subwoofer is equipped with passive woofers on both sides, which are protected by robust metal covers. Useful features include an auto turn-on function, high and low level inputs and a wired bass remote control. Other features include phase switches, bass boost and a fixed subsonic filter, which allow the bass sound to be optimally adjusted. Despite its low height, it offers a powerful bass foundation thanks to the passive resonance of the woofers.
