The Sundown Audio SA6.5 v.1 is designed to deliver extremely high performance with a mounting depth of less than  10cm and is the youngest member of the SA series.
As with several other lines (notably the SLD and SD-4), Sundown Audio has used a fixed pole design. This allows the rear plate to rest against the rear wall of the cabinet, further reducing the effective depth requirements of this subwoofer.  The Sundown Audio  SA6.5 v.1  has a linear excursion of a full 10 mm in one direction and an x-mech that is more than twice as large! In addition, Sundown Audio  even built in a magnetic ID Faraday ring to reduce inductive distortion!
