antenna connection
Most classic vehicles have passive rod or telescopic antennas installed. These are also suitable for DAB+ radio reception. The set includes a DAB1 antenna splitter. With window antennas or electronically amplified roof antennas, you must install a separate DAB+ antenna and cannot use DAB1.

Note on the H license plate
Any concerns that your H-license plate might be at risk by installing a retrosound car radio are unfounded. In the download you will find a confirmation with the approval of the entire AKE working group (TÜV Süd, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, DEKRA, KÜS, GTÜ), which states that the "Retrosound car radio" including the vehicle-specific panel and control buttons may be installed in classic cars with an H-license plate and does not prevent the H-license plate from being issued!

The Retrosound car radio is ordered and delivered in two components. The "Motor" radio module and the "Face", which has a display unit with control buttons and the two controls. The control buttons and control rings are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered individually.
