Description
The ZXS subwoofer from HiFonics, which includes the ZEUS ZXS-8D2 8" (20cm) subwoofers, perform excellently in very small, closed cabinets as well as in somewhat larger bass reflex systems. The woofers use scooped paper cones with a double-stitched surround, which have also been impregnated with a special coating. Optimized in this way, they can withstand the high pressure in small enclosures. The ZEUS woofers show their power: Large double magnets with pole core holes and ventilation ducts signal pure power. Matching 2 + 2 Ohm dual voice coils are used.
