
The APS 8 R is an 8" (20cm) subwoofer from Audison. This subwoofer is known not only for its high performance but also for delivering this in a small space. It was specifically designed for an 8.5-liter reflex enclosure and has a tuning between 30 and 40 Hz to achieve optimal results even at low power. A significant feature is the special cone dust cap basket geometry, which allows for high excursion despite the shallow installation depth. The APS 8 R can be installed close to the rear wall of the enclosure, supported by a novel cooling circuit that makes traditional floor ventilation openings unnecessary. A distinctive characteristic of this model is its ideal combination with AP8.9 bit or AP4.9 bit / AP4 D.

- Water-repellent, pressed paper, 8-inch cone with a developed profile using FEM simulation and optimized with the Klippel Scan Vibrometer.
