The following customization options are available for our car subwoofer enclosures
- Height/width/depth exactly as you want it.
- Choice of enclosure type: Closed enclosure, bass reflex enclosure, reverad enclosure
- Basic shape of the housing (cuboid or adapted to the rear seat bench)
- Material thickness of the front panel (MDF): 18-30mm (standard 18mm)
- Fabric color: black or grey
- Bass reflex duct or round aeroport. We calculate the required length
- Stainless steel protective bracket in front of the membrane or not
- Terminal for the 2-pole or 4-pole loudspeaker cable terminals
What we take on
- Calculation and tuning of the enclosure exactly to your subwoofer model
- Construction of the housing, incl. stainless steel protective brackets, etc.
- Installation and wiring of the integrated speaker terminal for direct use with your Carhifi system
- Covering the housing with fabric
- Packaging and shipping to your home
How does this process work?
- Use the purchase process for a subwoofer enclosure with your diameter. We have created quotes for custom car subwoofer enclosures for subwoofers from 6.5" (16.5cm) to 18"(46cm)

- Please enter the following in the order process:
- Exact subwoofer model
- Your desired tuning for SPL, music style, or all-rounder
- Your maximum external dimensions that are available for the housing
- In which color it should be covered (black or grey)
- What else you can think of or wish for
- Complete the order process by clicking on "Buy"
- When we receive the order, we will contact you by e-mail with our housing proposal for you!
- As soon as we have discussed the design and you have confirmed everything, construction can begin
- The production time is approx. 2-4 weeks
- Depending on the size of the desired housing, there may be a shipping surcharge, which will be discussed before the order is confirmed.
Tolerances
- The housings are made to measure by hand, so please allow for a manufacturing tolerance of +-5mm.
- For covered enclosures, the specified dimensions increase by 3-4 mm per enclosure side.
- If protective bars are selected, the overall depth of the housing increases by between 4-8 cm
