With the PMX-HD14, Rockford Fosgate is launching a state-of-the-art Harley-Davidson motorcycle multi-media receiver. The device serves as a direct replacement for Harley-Davidson models from 2014 onwards and offers a variety of innovative functions. It features a glove-friendly 7-inch capacitive multi-touch color screen and easy plug-and-play installation with OEM connectors. Plus, you don't need any additional adjustments to your bike and still retain the factory thumb controls. How can I return my order?

Please request prior confirmation from Customer Service to confirm the correct return address. Please note the return period of 14 days. The return can then be sent back to the address below. Please enclose a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with the parcel so that we can allocate it quickly. Please ensure that the goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and undamaged. Return address: Masori Kliestower Weg 10a, 15234 Frankfurt (Oder).

How can I track the progress of my order?

Immediately after shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number of the shipping service provider, as well as a link for direct online tracking.
