The story and background of Gately Audio

Bobby Gately, born in Northern California, grew up in the Bay area and was intensively interested in Car Audio at the age of 14. Since he grew up in a family of car lovers, he learned something about tools, materials and hard work early on.

His first subwoofer housing built Bobby in the summer of 1989 on the front garden of his house in Milpitas with borrowed tools and inexpensive materials. Of course, this first box for his friend Jason was only the beginning.

Over the years, Bobby has acquired a comprehensive knowledge of sound technology, trends and manipulations. His championship in the production of special designs is based on years of material experiments and technical innovations.

Gately Audio began producing production and perfect fit housings in 2017 to achieve the best quality in the industry. Bobby revised and improved tirelessly every single housing that has been added to the product range, and he still does that today. Gately Audio is a synonym for high -quality craftsmanship, a nice aesthetics and unmatched performance.
