With the new ZEUS EXTREME ULTRA CLASS D series, which includes the HIFONICS ZEUS EXTREME ZXT8000/1 1-channel amplifier, HiFonics presents the most powerful amplifier series in its history to date. HiFonics has taken advantage of the latest developments and improvements in state-of-the-art semiconductors to create these extraordinary amplifiers. While analog Class A/B technology always forces a compromise between sound and power efficiency, Class D amps improve efficiency and sound together. This means that with increased efficiency, audio performance will also increase significantly. Another advantage is that a very high level of efficiency means that there is no need for large heat sinks. The ZXT EXTREME amps achieve fantastic efficiency values of around 90%. The beautifully crafted heat sinks with milled model designations, diamond-cut emblems and end caps drawn from solid aluminum with the HiFonics logo underline the unmistakable timeless design - Power From The Gods!
