- Optimal discharge current (A) 40
- Max. Charging Current (A) 400
- Optimal charging current (A) 40
- Operating temperature -55°C - 65°C
- Charging end voltage: 2.5V - 2.65V (manufacturer's specification 2.8V)
- Discharge cut-off voltage: 1.8V - 2.0V (manufacturer's specification 1.5V)
- "Maintenance charge: not recommended, can be set to 2.25V/cell on solar charge controllers."
- The difference between our specification and the manufacturer's specification results in a capacity difference of <0.5Ah. If you want to preserve the cells, please use our specifications and not the maximum values.
Notes on LTO Cells
- The optimal operating range of the YINLONG LTO cells is between 2.0V and 2.5V.
- When charging the cells above 2.5V, the voltage increases more sharply, and above 2.6V it increases very sharply. The same applies when discharging below 2.0V!
- Therefore, the use of a good active balancer for LTO cells that are connected in series is also very important.
- "If very large currents (charging or discharging) are used, it may be necessary to further restrict the working area to avoid strong voltage spikes or drops."
Difference between: LTO - LiFePO4 Lithium batteries
- Lithium Titanate Cells (LTO)
- + extremely long lifespan
- + 10x higher cycle life than LiFePO4 cells
- + extremely safe
- + very high charge and discharge currents possible (5C-10C)
- + less temperature-sensitive, can also be charged at <0°C
- + now affordable, cells have become cheaper
- + very high calendar lifespan (>25 years)
- - LTO is more expensive than LiFePO4
- - higher weight or less capacity
- - lower cell voltage (2.3V), therefore more cells needed for the same battery voltage
- Lithium Iron Phosphate Cells (LiFePO4)
- + lower price
- + large variety of capacities and sizes
- + higher capacity
- + higher cell voltage (3.2V), fewer cells needed
- - shorter lifespan
- - not quite as secure as LTO
- - max. charging or discharging currents are significantly lower (2C-3C)
Connection of the Active Balancer BMS

Revised contact surfaces for minimal transition resistance!
B-grade cells may exhibit optical defects.
"All cells are tested and have at least 40Ah and an AC-Ri of <0.5 mOhm - guaranteed!"
