The LCD BASS METER TE device is designed as a main unit and a detachable sensor with vacuum suction cups for attachment to smooth surfaces, such as glass. The cable between the main unit and the sensor can be several meters long, allowing the user to be at some distance from the measurement point. The main unit features controls and a two-line LCD display with micro-light for convenient use of the device indoors or in the passenger compartment of a car. The device can be powered by the built-in battery in the housing or via USB. The USB port is used for power supply, updating the device's microcode, and transferring data from the device to the PC. The housing of the device is made of shock-resistant plastic.
