JL Audio 10TW3 -D4

The  10TW3 -D4, is a 10-inch subwoofer from JL Audio, which is one of the best-selling items in the TW3 series. With its remarkable technical features such as an output of 400W, a dual 4 Ohm and the thin-line subwoofer technology, it has secured a leading position in the industry. This subwoofer impresses with its low installation depth and high excursion, as well as its optimized performance for small housings. In addition, it has received an award from Car & Hifi 5/2013, which gives it a score of 1.4 and a "very good" in terms of price-performance.

• Building on the core technology of JL's TW5 Thin-Line subwoofers, the TW3 a powerful combination of low installation depth and high deflection. They are even able to achieve greater deflections than theW3 v3 subwoofer.
• To enable this remarkable performance, JL Audio's patented Thin-Line woofer technology compresses the architecture of the TW3 by a "Concentric Tube" structure built into the injection-molded cone body. This structure supports the voice coil and a full-ring spider while allowing the large motor structure to be placed further forward in the speaker than in conventional designs.
• The TW3 are optimized for small packages and feature JL's tab mounting design to maximize the cone area within their mounting surface.
