The diaphragm is made of carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene with co-molded surround, combined with Santoprene VAST Surround, Santoprene Front Isolation Spider, and a spider made of poly-cotton. A 25 mm film dome tweeter with integrated phase plug operates in the flat coaxial layout behind an ASA grille and is powered by an integrated 6 dB Crossover with high-performance polyester capacitor. The drive is provided by an ultra-efficient neodymium ring magnet motor and a 35.6 mm high-performance voice coil in an ultra-high-temperature resistant, fiberglass reinforced polymer frame; integrated flat connectors and a discrete tweeter cable are included.
