ZAPCO Z-AP Audiophile Series - Z-400.2 AP

The Zapco  Class AB Competition Series audiophile amplifiers, which include the Zapco Z-400.2 AP 2-channel amplifier, represent the ultimate Zapco Sound Quality series. 

For the supply area, Zapco has had its own electrolytic caps manufactured according to Zapco's specifications. In the signal path  Zapco has replaced the electrolytic capsules with the high-quality WIMA poly capsules. In addition, Zapco has used a new low-noise audio op-amp for the input stage and the most linear audio op-amp for the signal path.  The output drivers have been doubled and the operating voltage of the adapted end devices has been increased. In order to dissipate heat from the output components more quickly and to increase efficiency, a new insulating material developed for the aerospace industry has been used. 0.1% resistors are used in the differential input stage to ensure the lowest possible fundamental frequency. This is rounded off by our own patented, multi-grounded RCA plug with extra heavy gold plating for perfect signal transmission. There are also low-noise gain potentiometers with grids on the connection panel to make setting the levels child's play.

The entire high-end technology was also given a high-end look, with a matt black surface and a solid copper plate with the logo and serial number directly on the front.

The result: The ultimate SQ amplifier. With the best possible, purest sound quality and at the same time a signal-to-noise ratio of over 110 dB, so that you get the pure sound quality even in the quietest musical passages.
