    The SMD PRO KIT is the toolbox for professionals. It allows the correct setting of the gain of an amplifier with the SMD DD-1+ and ensures clipping-free sound. The SMD CC-1 is the perfect partner for correctly setting the crossover control. The SMD IM-SG+ generates test signals for calibration or sine tones for testing the components or further adjusting the amplifier. This is rounded off by the SMD AMM-1, with which you can measure the amplifier performance of each individual channel in real time. 

    Also included in the case are 4 lithium 9V batteries, which are rechargeable via USB-C, as well as the test probes for the measuring device, as well as instructions and test signals on CD. 

    The suitcase has the dimensions  46L x 15W x 33H cm and is made of aluminum. It protects the measuring devices optimally during transport and has a freely configurable combination lock on both closures.

    SMD DD-1+

    SMD CC-1

    The purpose of this tool is to allow the installer to accurately and quickly adjust the crossover frequency of an electronic crossover in the car hi-fi amplifier to the desired frequency. It can also be useful for adjusting the gain in systems with multiple amplifiers.

You can do all this with this tool

    • Precise adjustment of the crossovers of a car hi-fi amplifier
    • Connect via cinch to the input of the amplifier and the speaker output of the amplifier to the SMD CC-1. Now turn the crossover setting of the amplifier to the desired value. Advantage: an exact setting of the crossover frequency, which is otherwise not possible due to the very rough labeling on the amplifiers.

    SMD IM-SG+

    The IM-SG combines 4 powerful analog blocks in one package: A continuously variable audio frequency sine wave generator (this is not possible digitally), a pink noise generator, an analog audio amplifier and a precise balanced instrumentation amplifier for measuring voltage and current. All this is combined with a powerful digital microprocessor to perform the calculations. 

You can do all this with this tool

    • To measure impedance of loudspeaker drivers, loaded loudspeaker enclosures, passive crossover networks, audio signal cables, loudspeaker cables and multi-speaker systems over the entire audio frequency range.
    • In addition, it can also be used as a standalone signal generator for both sine and pink noise for system tuning.
