Black Hydra HDC-2.25

The two-component acoustic set of the Delta series from  Black Hydra, the HGC-2.25 - has all the essential positive characteristics of the HBC 3.28 and HGC 2.28 series in terms of woofers, caliber 16 cm.

The mid-woofer diffuser is made of thermally dried cellulose with a special impregnation composition that reduces the resonance processes in the structure of the diffuser itself by increasing the internal losses, which, combined with a low CMF styrene-butadiene rubber suspension, allows minimizing the parasitic overtones caused by the moving system's own resonant vibrations.

The 25 mm silk dome tweeter allows the crossover frequency to be shifted by almost an octave, redistributing the acoustic energy between the woofer and tweeter and making the sound more aggressive and dynamic. As with the HDC 2.28 series, it is possible to work with filters that exploit the natural decay of the low-frequency connection, which significantly expands the dynamic capabilities of the system.
