Beschreibung
The Wavtech bassRESTOR is a high-low adapter and Bass restoration processor. It serves to provide a high-level signal, i.e. the Loudspeaker signal coming from the loudspeaker outputs of a radio to a low-level signal, i.e. a RCA signal that has a power amplifier as an input signal at the RCA inputs.
A high-low adapter is therefore necessary for all applications when the radio, e.g. in a OEM radio, which is factory-installed in the vehicle, does not have speaker outputs. Then you can connect the speaker outputs to the high-low adapter and then tap the signal required for input to an external amplifier from the RCA outputs of the high-low adapter.
The bassRESTOR fills in the gaps in the radio signal and processes the signal in real time as it was mixed in the original music track, giving just the right amount of bass back to your music. The unique multi-function remote control (RLC) allows you to adjust the overall bass volume, set the strength of the bass restoration effect for a specific song, or turn the effect off completely when no restoration is required.
The bassRESTOR has both speaker inputs and RCA inputs so it can be easily connected to factory or aftermarket sources. There is a variable frequency subsonic filter for fine-tuning the system.
