The Alpine HDA-M80 is a 1-channel amplifier that impresses with its Class-D amplifier topology featuring Sierra-H technology. With an RMS output power of up to 800 watts at 2 ohms and a frequency response of 8 Hz to 400 Hz, it delivers superior in-car sound performance. This fulfills the goal of offering high-resolution in-car sound at an attractive price. "Alpine Status" is also extremely flexible: All components can also be purchased and used as a "Stand-Alone" solution.

If you want to build a complete "Alpine Status" sound system with external amplifiers, we recommend the "Alpine Status" Class-D amplifiers. These amplifiers were specially developed for the "Alpine Status" sound system and pair perfectly with the "Alpine Status" speakers as well as the subwoofer, ensuring optimal sound quality. Available for the system setup are a mono power amplifier (HDA-M80), a 4-channel amplifier (HDA-F60) and a 5-channel amplifier (HDA-V90) with a dedicated subwoofer output.

All controls are conveniently located on the top of the amplifiers and protected by an attractive cover plate. This gives you easy access to the HP/LP filters, frequency controls, input sensitivity settings and input channel switches (which vary depending on the amplifier model).

Sierra-H circuit

After the original analog input signal has been converted into a digital signal and amplified, the Sierra-H circuit compares and corrects the amplified signal twice against the original input signal to ensure high-precision, seamless music playback.

Connection terminals on one side

All connections (power supply, speaker outputs, RCA inputs/outputs and the connection for the bass remote control) as well as all fuses are located on one side of the amplifier. This makes it much easier for you to install it neatly in your vehicle. You can connect the RUX-KNOB2 for subwoofer level control.
