The HLC4 is a high-low adapter from the ESX brand. This technological masterpiece is a 4-channel high-level/low-level signal converter, designed for optimal OEM integration of retrofit amplifiers. The device impresses with its simple plug & play installation and construction using the latest SMD technology. Special features include the generation of a switch-on signal for amplifiers, level controls with clipping LEDs and the "fully balanced" input circuit, which minimizes disturbing noises. In addition, there is the very low quiescent current and the "Error Protection System", which ensures that no functions are impaired or error messages generated.
The high-level inputs are equipped with the “Error Protection System” (EPS) to ensure that no functions are impaired or error messages are written into the vehicle memory when connected to OEM factory radios.
