COBRA 2.3mm, is a lightweight, vibration-damping insulation from Comfort Mat. This material is characterized by its high-quality alubutyl coating, which is particularly suitable for use in areas with high levels of vibration. With a thickness of 2.3 mm, it offers excellent adhesion to both metal and plastic. It consists of a special mixture of butyl polymers reinforced with aluminum foil. The product is water-resistant, does not require heating before installation and promotes a good mechanical loss factor thanks to its modified elastomer in the composition. It also has good resistance to environmental influences and a wide temperature range.
