The Kevlar fiber reinforced paper diaphragm works with VAST technology to increase the diaphragm area by up to 25%. A linear spider with embedded 4 mm² lead wires, a high-temperature voice coil with spun Nomex reinforcement collar, and a StampCast basket with integrated spider ventilation are included. Rubberized ABS trim ring with optional grille, custom 10-AWG nickel-plated push terminals, as well as extended pole shoe and compressed, ventilated back plate are present. A textured PVC magnet cover protects the drive. Available as a single voice coil in 2 Ohm (P1S2-12) and 4 Ohm (P1S4-12).
