Notes on LTO Cells
- The optimal operating range of the LTO cells is between 2.0V and 2.5V.
- When charging the cells above 2.5V, the voltage increases more significantly, and above 2.6V, it increases very sharply. The same applies when discharging below 2.0V!
- Therefore, using a good active balancer for LTO cells connected in series is very important.
- If working with very high currents (charging or discharging), it may be necessary to further restrict the operating range to avoid significant voltage spikes or drops.
