The C3-525 from JL Audio is a 5" (13cm) speaker set that will easily meet your acoustic requirements. Thanks to its convertible 2-way configuration in component and coaxial system, it adapts flexibly to your installation conditions and always delivers excellent audio quality. Its main feature, in addition to the independent woofer and tweeter, is the possibility of being used as a coaxial or component system. A clean and powerful sound performance combined with easy mounting makes this speaker an optimal choice for audio lovers. Please note that the set is sold complete and midrange grilles are included in the package.

• There are times when an installation requires a separate woofer and tweeter, and others when a coaxial speaker is the better solution. With the Evolution® C3 Convertible Component Systems, the same product can be used in both configurations, delivering excellent audio performance and quality in each application.
  
• The C3-525 system features 130 mm (5.25 in.) component woofers with oversized 30.5 mm (1.2 in.) voice coils, mineral-filled polypropylene cones and injection-molded polymer baskets. The woofer construction benefits from JL Audio's extensive experience in woofer design and advanced modeling systems.
  
• The C3 tweeters are built with 1-inch silk dome diaphragms that deliver powerful, extended on- and off-axis response.
• Flush and "surface" mounting fixtures are included to suit a variety of installation requirements. They can also be mounted coaxially to the woofers using the brackets provided.
  
• C3 crossovers are compact and made of high quality components, including Mylar® capacitors and segmented air core coils. Four levels of tweeter damping and three levels of midrange presence adjustment are available for twelve possible combinations!
  
• Woofer-midrange grilles are included, each consisting of a black grille surround and a black steel mesh grille with an electroformed JL Audio logo.
