JL Audio MV1000/5i

The "MV1000/5i" is a 5-channel marine DSP amplifier from JL Audio that is equipped with technologically advanced features such as dynamic crossovers, group time ratio settings and time correction. This amplifier delivers professional sound quality and power that can rise to up to 1000W RMS (750W RMS per channel). This makes the "MV1000/5i" the perfect choice for any marine application. With its integrated NexD2 switching amplifier technology, it impresses with outstanding audio performance even in maritime environments. In addition, it offers the option of conveniently controlling all settings and DSP functions via a compatible external device.

• Designed to deliver premium audio performance in marine environments, each MVi amplifier combines our state-of-the-art NexD2 switching amplifier technology™ with an integrated, fully featured digital signal processor.
• Equipped with our NexD2 technology™ Second generation, the MV1000/5i is capable of powering a complete marine audio system. It can drive four main speakers at 75W x 4 @ 4 ohms while also powering a subwoofer at up to 600W @ 2 ohms. By bridging the main channels, it becomes a very powerful, 3-channel system amplifier with up to 200W x 2 @ 4 ohms on the main channels and 600W @ 2 ohms on the subwoofer channel.
• The NexD2 full-range technology™ in the main channels of this amplifier is DSP controlled and features a reduced loop area design with DirectFET outputs™ for excellent sound fidelity, very low noise and exceptional efficiency. The subwoofer channel features an optimized bass variant of the NexD2 technology™ . The amplifier enclosure is an ultra-compact design constructed of cast alloy with marine grade powder coat and corrosion resistant hardware.
• Instead of conventional knobs and switches, all amplifier settings and DSP functions are configured via a compatible external device (PC, tablet or smartphone) on which the corresponding JL Audio TüN® software application is installed.
