Antenna connection
In most classic vehicles, passive rod or telescopic antennas were installed. These are also suitable for DAB+ radio reception. The set includes a DAB1 antenna splitter. For window antennas or electronically amplified roof antennas, you need to install a separate DAB+ antenna and cannot use the DAB1.

Note on the H license plate
Any concerns that your H-plate might be jeopardized by the installation of a Retrosound car radio are unfounded. In the download, you will find a confirmation with the approval of the entire AKE working group (TÜV Süd, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, DEKRA, KÜS, GTÜ), stating that the "Retrosound car radio" along with vehicle-specific trim and control knobs may be installed in classic cars with H-plates, and that the issuance of the H-plate will not be prevented!

Note
The Retrosound car radio is ordered and delivered in two components: the radio module "Motor" and the "Face," which has a display unit with control buttons and two knobs. The control buttons and control rings are not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately. The display unit fits into the various front panels and adapter frames from Retrosound.
