Their appeal lies in the elaborate processes and materials used to manufacture them. Each pair of these speakers is matched to ensure superior sound quality. They use a micro-arc oxidation process that converts the diaphragm into crystalline oxide. This allows the diaphragm to reproduce the sound quality of both metal and paper diaphragms. Despite the extremely technical and elaborate manufacturing processes, each MAOP-7.2 pair remains surprisingly affordable.
