Description
The SB Acoustics SB17CAC35 6.5" (16.5cm) bass-midrange driver with ceramic cone is available in a 4 Ohm and 8 Ohm version. The ultra-light and stiff cone is driven by a powerful ferrite magnet. The resonance frequency around 30 Hz is well outside the useful range, which means that the driver plays extremely linearly in the useful range and is ideal for 2-way use or as a pure midrange driver. The generously ventilated centring spider optimizes the rear compression behaviour to a maximum and provides additional cooling.
