The vibration-damping Alubutyl has a multi-layer structure and consists of a layer of an ecologically pure composition of butyl rubber and aluminum foil. In contrast to the materials used to manufacture aluminum, Vibrofiltr Alubutyl of increased viscosity, which was developed through a special process. This gives the material an increased damping factor (ILC).
Alubutyl is pliable and flexible, easy to install, easily conforms to uneven surfaces and, thanks to the polymer layer of the adhesive, does not require preheating before installation.
