• This industrial-strength ANL fuse holder is 100% made in the USA at SMD headquarters and looks as good as it performs. It is machined from HDPE, uses metals such as aluminum, stainless steel and copper, and is topped with a 3/16-inch clear acrylic cover. (to protect against accidental contact with live terminals.
• This device is designed to withstand the elements and work for many years wherever you choose to install it! As this is our high temperature model, it is recommended to install it under the hood (in the engine compartment). However, you can also mount it in the cabin or trunk. These parts are also suitable for marine use as they do not corrode!
• *Recommended installation location within 18" of the power source (e.g. front battery, alternator or an auxiliary battery)
